Chalet Europe is situated on the side of a mountain 600 feet above the Columbia
Valley and has sixteen one bedroom suites and a family suite. The facilities
at The Chalet Europe include a Jacuzzi hot tub, dry sauna, exercise room,
guest laundromat, gift shop, an outdoor BBQ and complimentary coffee, homemade
pastry and fresh fruit in the mornings.
All suites (Kootenay,
Purcell, Bugaboo, Owls Nest, Osprey Nest, Eagles Nest and Columbia) have
a separate bedroom complete with a queen size bed and radio/alarm clock.
Each suite has a kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave oven,
sink and small table. The living room area has a queen size hide-a-bed
and cable TV. French doors lead from the living room out onto private
balconies which offer beautiful views of Radium Hot Springs, the Columbia
Valley and surrounding Rocky Mountains. All rooms have internet access,
some of the rooms are air-conditioned and some have a fireplace.
